Inulin
Chicory inulin is a soluble fiber, as well as a prebiotic. Several studies show that soluble fiber may increase fecal weight and aid digestion.
Ginger

Curcumin/piperine
A double-blind trial showed an increase intestinal motility. Piperine is paired with curcumin to increase absorption.
